The conveyors and selection trays are made of stainless steel ; brine and fermentation tanks are made of polyester resin designed for food. The decanting pumps and the water softening system as well as the laboratory, entirely equipped for a strict control of our products, have been conceived according to the International Olive Council, the HACCP (European standards) and the FDA (US standards). .
